Коллекция снимков Раймона Кошетье - фотографа-самоучки, кинокритика-энтузиаста, а так же служивого репортера, успевшего в составе пресс-службы французских Военно-воздушных сил запечатлеть на свой Rolleiflex последние мнгновения первой Индокитайской войны.
Однако наиболее примечательными его работами стали фотографии съемочных будней французской 'новой волны'. Работая в связке с такими мэтрами кинематографа и жанровыми первооткрывателями, как Жан-Люк Годар, Франсуа Трюффо, Клод Шаброль и Жан-Пьер Мельвиль, Кошетье удалось создать нескончаемую вереницу обаятельных черно-белых снимков, которые впоследствие стали эмблемой, неким графическим символом 'Nouvelle Vague'.
